At Sweaty Mama Beckenham we are Pre and Post Natal Fitness Specialists. It is our passion to help women of all fitness levels to enjoy fun and effective workouts in a relaxed and safe environment. We run three different class types for you to choose from…

Our Sessions

A fab, fun workout with your child. Enjoy exercise while you bond with your baby, toddler or pre-schooler. Sweaty Mama has music and movements you will both love.
Female only, fun workouts for all fitness levels. Gradually build fitness & strength, have a laugh & see great results! This is seriously fun fat burning at its best!
Low impact sessions for Pre Natal & Post Natal women & for all women who deserve some ‘Me Time’. The focus is on effective posture, tone, strength & simply taking a moment!
Sweaty Gym is the Fun, varied and effective 30 minute session for all women! Enjoy time for yourself, with your little one to enjoy exercising together & with Bump too.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME…

Hi Mamas! I’m Channon, owner of Sweaty Mama Beckenham. I am a Lockdown Mama! I had my first baby during the covid pandemic and was that an experience and a half! Like all Mamas on maternity and especially during 2020, I have been seeking out ways to get back into shape post birth and socialise with the Mamas in my area. And I know I’m not the only one.

Since having my baby boy, I realised all too well that it’s important to do what you truly love. And for me, that’s fitness and exercise, dance and generally having fun…. Ta da! Sweaty Mama Beckenham was born.

If you’re a Mum, Daughter, Sister, Nan, Aunty or friend who wants to build up your fitness (post birth or just in general), socialise with other Mamas during your maternity, make new friends or find new ways to bond with your baby, we’ve got you! ; )

I’m looking forward to meeting all you Mamas for some fitness and some fun!
